To forward all your emails to your new Gmail account, find your initial “Website Setup Notification” email and look for your cPanel login details … which should look something like the below example :
Also, here’s your cPanel info (where you can upload files to your hosting account, check your storage space, bandwidth, etc):
Once you have found your cPanel login info, go ahead and login to your cPanel account.
Next, locate the “Forwarders” icon inside of the Mail section of your cPanel
On the next page you will want to click on the “Add Forwarder” button to create the forwarder to your new Gmail account
Next, you will want to create the forwarder for your new email account … so you will want to enter the username you would like to use for your email account (firstname.lastname@example.org) … and then you will want to enter the new gmail account you just created …
Once you save this email account forwarder you should see it on the main “add Forwarder” dashboard … and it should look similar to the below screenshot (though with your email information instead of ours)
Now you can login to your Gmail account to modify settings so that you can send emails using your domain email address ( so instead of emails sending from email@example.com it will send as firstname.lastname@example.org )
First, click on the settings icon and click on settings
Next you will click on “Accounts and Import” and then click on “add another email address you own”
Then you will enter your name and email address information for your domain emails that you would like to send from … then click on “Next Step”
On the next step check the box that says “Send through Gmail” … then click next step
Finally, click on “send verification email” and you should receive an email in your inbox that allows you to verify with Gmail that you own the domain email address
Once you verify your email you can set it as the “default” sending address … and now your gmail account will send emails using your domain email address!
